By reserving a charter or utilizing our Service, you consent to abide by these Terms. Should you not agree with any section of these terms, then you are not permitted to use the Service.
2. Service Overview
WorldwideFutureTrends offers an array of premium yacht charter services, which encompass:
- Daily yacht charters
- Evening sails
- Company getaways
- Exclusive gatherings
- Extended charters
Our services are contingent on availability and weather conditions. We possess the authority to alter or terminate our services without prior notice at any given time.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For a successful charter booking, you must:
- Be of 18 years or older
- Supply information that is full and precise
- Remit the stipulated deposit as indicated in your booking confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed following the payment reception and our issuance of a written confirmation. We maintain the prerogative to refuse service at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability is dependent on the suitability of the vessel and agreeable weather conditions. We will put forth earnest attempts to accommodate your requested dates and times.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All our prices are quoted in € and incorporate applicable taxes, except as separately indicated. Prices are subject to modifications without any prior announcement.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the entire charter cost due at the time of booking
- Remaining Balance: Owed 48 hours before the charter's departure
- Extra charges (if applicable): Due on the completion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and bank-certified cheques. Our secure, encrypted solutions manage payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Over 72 hours before departure: Complete refund excluding processing charges
- Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Fewer than 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain judge weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:
- Reschedule your charter to an alternative available date at no extra cost
- Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is impractical
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In the event of a mechanical malfunction with the designated vessel, we will strive to offer an appropriate alternative. Should no replacement be available, we will issue a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are required to:
- Adhere to all directives provided by the crew
- Utilize the supplied safety gear when mandated
- Disclose any health conditions that could affect their safety
- Stay within the vessel's designated areas
6.2 Prohibited Items
The onboard presence of the ensuing items is forbidden:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Weapons or firearms
- Excessive alcohol (beyond permissible consumption)
- Pets (unless granted approval beforehand)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a courteous manner. We reserve the right to discontinue a charter without refunds if a passenger's actions present a safety hazard or impinge upon the enjoyment of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:
- Personal injuries arising from passenger negligence
- The loss or damage of personal effects
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays due to weather or circumstances outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive marine insurance is in place, covering both our vessels and operational activities. Passengers should ensure they have their own personal and travel insurance coverage.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Partaking in our charter experiences implies recognition that such marine activities hold inherent risks, and you assume full accountability for personal safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We maintain the right to alter itineraries, pathways, or timetables as a consequence of weather conditions, safety assessments, or operational demands. We commit to providing similar substitute experiences where feasible.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or alterations brought about by events beyond our control, which encompass, but are not delimited to:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural calamities
- Regulatory directives
- Port shutdowns
- Mechanical breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your private data is managed per our Privacy Policy. Engaging our services equates to consenting to the collection and utilization of your data as elaborated in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
